Download your camera's images as a ZIP

With the ZIP download, you get all images from one camera for a time range in a single ZIP file. That way you can save your own copy to your computer: every week, every month or for the whole project at the end. You can also keep working with it offline, for example in your own editing software.

How to create a ZIP#

1. Open the camera's Gallery tab.
2. Choose the time range: a start date and an end date, each with a time.
3. Click Refresh. You'll see how many images are in the range and roughly how big the file will be.
4. Click Generate Zip Archive.

How to download the ZIP#

1. Wait for the email. It arrives as soon as the ZIP is ready.
2. Open the camera's Download tab.
3. Download the finished file there. The same tab also shows how far along the ZIP is.

All images from the range come in one ZIP file. It isn't split into several parts.

You don't need a ZIP for single images: download them in the Gallery tab with the Download button next to the image.

How many ZIP downloads each plan includes#

You choose the plan per camera, so what counts is the plan of the camera whose images you download. For ZIP downloads you need Professional or Business. Compare the plans.

With Business: only the good images in your ZIP#

With Business, the AI image filter rates the visibility of every image from 1 to 4 stars and tags the time of day. You set the filter in the gallery, for example to 3 and 4 stars in daylight. Your filter also applies to the ZIP download, so foggy and night shots you've filtered out don't end up in the file. Business includes unlimited ZIP downloads, so you can try a stricter and a looser filter.
